Today, deep experience and a commitment to constant improvement separates B & J Custom Homes in all the right ways.With a Master of Science in Management Information Systems, and degrees in Management and Food and Resource Economics, Frederick teaches Construction Management at Westwood College and Management Information Systems at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a Certified Master Builder, a Certified Green Professional and a Project Management Professional with expertise in Network Security, Database Supervision, and the coaching and training of vast staffs.Frederick credits B & J’s immediate success, generating over $3 million in the first two years, to his service in the Army, Army Reserve and Army & Air Force Exchange Service. Operational discipline, project management, and MIS expertise was refined at posts from Fort Bragg, North Carolina, to Kuwait, Qatar, Germany and the Netherlands.It is that commitment to top performance without excuses he brings today to every project.
