The new identity is centered around a core set of assets that refresh and reinvigorate the face of the brand, signaling change for new customers and prospects.Training, guiding and inspiringTo guide the creation and application of our identity, we created a new set of simplified standards and a re architected website to access and understand the new brand. We focused on training classes that were informative and inspirational. To show possibility and to excite our community of communicators and creators we made a video showing the possibilities behind the new system.Activating and extendingHaving created the core elements of the brand the team in partnership with groups across the company are developing new standards and applications for key areas: Card and payments design, Branch and environments design and a new core digital UX/UI language.Initial reactions to launch and adoption have been incredibly strong with a new face a direction for the company rapidly emerging to strong positive feedback.
