Was promoted to Programming Manager during my employment. As the Programming Manager I led my team to analyze, design, verify and Implement a Work Management Tracking System for the Software Support Team, This system allowed us to track, identify and pinpoint key areas of the system that needed enhancing as well as training issues with the users. We as a team were able to reduce the number of calls to the Help Desk by 90%. I implement an on call acknowledgement procedure that boosted moral in the department. I was a key member of the Disaster Recovery Team. Alot of teamwork produced great results here.
