Help General Counsel who is the editor-in-chief, write and edit a handbook on the Medicare Secondary Payer Act, 42 U.S.C. 1395y(b). Research and draft memoranda on complex legal issues related to Medicare and its right to recover conditional payments made on behalf of primary insurance companies. Review medical records pertaining to workers'compensation claims. Draft summaries and treatment chronologies for Medicare Set-Aside Arrangements.
