Research and draft memoranda on complex legal issues related to Medicare and its right to recover conditional payments made on behalf of primary insurance companies. Review medical records pertaining to workers'compensation claims. Draft summaries and treatment chronologies for Medicare Set-Aside Arrangements.

Research and write memoranda on various areas of the law or on particular issues. Draft documents including a variety of motions, memoranda for motions for summary judgment, local ordinances, and edit pending legislation.
