Responsible for the coordination and development of a statewide broadband strategy to ensure all Coloradan's have access to abundant, redundant and affordable broadband services. Work with multiple public and private stakeholders to develop long range plans and strategies to increase infrastructure, develop alternative funding models and increase adoption of broadband throughout the state. Developing strategies and plans for jurisdictions to capitalize on broadband availability through applications in education, health-care and IoT to enhance communities.Initial State Point of Contact (SPOC) responsible for the coordination and implementation of the National Public Safety Broadband Network (NPSBN) and interaction with the First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet). Working with local first responders and stakeholders to develop basic coverage, capacity, operational and financial requirements for the initial design of Colorado's implementation of the NPSBN. Advising key stakeholders on options for implementation and identifying alternative solutions.

Responsible for the daily operations and communications infrastructure of one of Colorado's largest Public Safety Answering Points (PSAP). Managed the development of one of the seven pilot projects for the First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet). Selected to the FCC's Technical Advisory Board for First Responder Interoperability. Chair of the Colorado 9-1-1 Task Force.

Assisted in the management and operations of the computer lab and wireless network for the Semester at Sea study abroad program.
