I have been working as a ServiceNow Developer. Responsibilities included assisting my team in development work to support operational and business needs, process refinements and code development. I am able to produce results when given a new opportunity in accordance to scope and objectives based upon customer requirements. I work diligently to complete work assigned to me. I am experienced in working within agile framework and the waterfall development process. I am able to work with customers to understand, record, and advise best practices when gathering customer requirements. When working stories derived from these requirements, I am able to take feedback and make adjustments that fall within scope of the story. With a blocked story, I am able to communicate hurdles to the team and seek assistance when needed to return the story card to a workable sate. Other coding experience includes understanding of, HTML, Javascript, Java, C++, C#, and SQL. I have worked with multiple departments within my current organization for testing and implementation of new software and hardware in the field. I have used data analysis to track issues and implement fixes to reduce or eliminate reoccurrences of an issue. I have worked as a knowledgebase manager setting guidelines, approving, and updating knowledgebase articles.
