Manage the team in charge of Wayfair's large parcel, last mile delivery performance. Wayfair has created a network of over 150 asset and non asset based delivery providers that perform last mile delivery utilizing Wayfair's integrated technology.

Responsible for the service performance of over 200 cross-dock locations in the United States and Canada. Direct responsibility of Ensenda's customer service, service management, and proactive services teams. Company lead working with our technology partners on ongoing product development.
