I passed the long way from marketing manager to the business owner. My experience helped me build a successful tea business, which gives me happiness every day.I grew up with a cup of tea. I spent a lot of time looking for an occupation that interests me. Whereas it was every day in my hands. I have achieved success in various activities. But every day of my life I began with a cup of tea, last 15 years I learned a lot about tea. I am interested in all aspects from biochemistry to the history of tea. And finally, in 2014 I founded Oh! My tea. And tea became my profession.We started as a family business. Now we have a small team. We sell tea from China, Japan, and other countries. We create our tisanes. We do a lot to popularize specialty tea in Russia. Now we supply tea to more than 150 coffee shops and restaurants all around Russia.- I consult restaurants and coffee shops.- Select tea for bulk purchases.- Create new drinks based on tea.- Since January 2022 I became Authorised Tea Certifier of the European Specialty Tea Association. - Also, I was science editor of Russian publishing of the James Hoffmann book “The Best of Jimseven”- I am the co-host of the podcast Baristacrat - we discuss the Russian Coffee market with industry specialists- Besides, I take part in the establishment of the European Specialty Tea Association branch in RussiaThe recent events in Russia made me decide to move. I don't want to have anything to do with the aggressor country. Therefore, I am open to job offers in other countries.
