2017 FCCU Revamp and Site Wide TA:My responsibilities were to lead the turnaround planning team through work list, budget development and preliminary planning, T-minus development and team compliance, safety plan development, contracting, engineering and materials procurement, turnaround scheduling, cost management (Span of control for the 2017 Integrated Event: $70M (Projects) & $70M (Maint).Q2/2011 Integrated Event: Led the FCCU turnaround team through worklist development and planning, safety plan development, contracting, engineering and materials procurement, turnaround scheduling, execution & cost management (Span of control: FCCU $38M (Maint) & $5M (Projects) out of total $65M major site TA). Duties during the 58 day TA outage period included management of substantial maintenance discovery including major emergency repairs to cyclones & reactor riser, overhauls to all FCCU slide valves and emergency replacement of 55" dia. regen overhead expansion bellows. 2009 Turnaround:Responsibilities included leading the turnaround project team through work list development, safety plan development, contracting, engineering and materials procurement, and turnaround execution / cost management. This $25M turnaround finished safely on time and under budget.2006 Spring Turnaround (Support Planning assignment)Short-term planning assignment to support Nanticoke refinery 2006 T/A. Responsibilities varied from Senior Nightshift Planner to Dayshift Planner (Complex B "Cat") and Piping Critical Path Coordinator.

Dartmouth Refinery, Nova Scotia, Canada

2007 Site Wide Turnaround:Responsibilities included leading the turnaround project team through worklist development and oversight of all planning activities related to the 2007 site-wide TA. Areas of responsibility included Powerformer, Flare & Blow-Down system, Off-sites, Hydrofiners and SRU (Sulfur Recovery Unit). Responsibilities similar to 2005 TA - see below. This large high complexity turnaround ($ 29M / 210000 MH) finished safely on time and under budget and is regarded along with the previous 2005 TA as two of the most successfully planned and executed events in Exxon Mobil recent history2005 FCCU Revamp and Steam Plant Turnaround:Responsibilities included leading the turnaround project team through worklist development, planning T-minus compliance and preliminary planning, budgeting, contracting for the FCCU revamp. Projects in Dartmouth included:  2001 F-701 Utility Plant boiler turnaround (7,000 MH's) 2001 Hydrofiners #2 and #3 unit turnarounds (20,000 MH's)  2000 Atmospheric and Vacuum unit turnarounds (15,000 MH's) Various smaller routine and emergency outages. Projects in Sarnia included: 2000 Atmospheric & Vacuum unit TA (20,000 MH's plus $1Million in subcontracted work) 2000 Lubes plant unit turnaround (5000 MH's) 1999 HCIS and CCIS (Coker) turnarounds (30,000 MH's ) 1997 FCCU emergency shutdown and CCIS and HCIS unit TA's.Full time Project Manager / Turnaround Planner in charge of planning and executing refinery Maintenance and Capitol work during unit turnarounds. Responsibilities included a turnkey approach of work list development, project planning and field construction management. Duties included preparing work scopes, budgets and firm estimates; managing site contracts; providing schedules and job scopes for maintenance work; cost forecasting and monitoring of costs and schedule; management of field activities and site issues; procurement of materials; conducting TA meetings and attending client and contractor site meetings. Fluor Daniel / Irving Oil – Saint John, New Brunswick On-Site Project Manager – responsible for project start-up at Irving Oil.  Managed the $12 Million contract for construction of a new RFCCU unit and flue gas handling equipment. Duties included mobilizing site offices, setting up in excess of $2M in subcontracts, and managing construction activities.
