I started my career as a shop Project Manager in a 200,000 sq. ft. pressure vessel facility before moving to field construction supervision and eventually finding my niche solving problems as a turnaround leader in the petroleum refining sector.From early days, I have enjoyed tackling projects of increasing complexity and scale, becoming proficient leading the planning and management of cat cracker revamps and well as other large or mega sized integrated turnaround events. I enjoy solving the larger and most complex problems for my clients and my career has naturally evolved along these lines. I enjoy a dynamic and high pressure, technically demanding, and constantly changing project environment. My value proposition includes effective leadership and collaboration across multi-functional teams comprised of management and operations, planning, skilled tradesmen and superintendents, engineers, contracts and procurement, logistics, controls folks, and contractors.
