Played a significant role in updating out-of-date planning standards to align with current global best practices for large/mega turnarounds. This was a challenging initiative successfully rolled out for the Fall 2018 event planning cycle.Responsible for front end worklist development, planning, cost and schedule forecasting for the 2018 RFCC turnaround. This included the successful integration of the tier 3 project upgrades (ultra-low sulfur gasoline). Worklist and early planning / scope freeze for and the 2019 crude unit turnaround.Successfully led cross functional teams in the early planning of the turnarounds and through the implementing of a new planning standards and accelerated t-minus planning milestones.
