I started out in the mid eighties working on a dock and loading trucks. Through the philosophy of continuous Improvement, I learned to drive Tractor Trailer doing long haul, and P&D local work. I learned to use computers and took courses on Logistics Foundations to move to dispatching and then to Management. Currently I am responsible to the Executive VP of Operations for Operational analysis, Management of the Peterborough, Cobourg & Lindsay Operations as well as the Cargo Claims Manager for the Meyers Transportation Services group. I measure and maintain the KPI and communicate with my peers to assist them in their success.
