C-Bond Systems develops and manufactures a water-based green nanotechnology glass strengthener for automotive and window film applications.As the Chief Executive Officer, I built the company from scratch, including the development and implementation of end-to-end sales, business development, marketing, product, and operating strategies. This included acquiring and licensing technology assets and intellectual property to assemble a defensible patent portfolio and IP strategy. As a product development leader, a significant function of my role was to collaborate with global academic research institutions to drive the R&D process. During the company’s inception, I raised $6M+ in equity financing. In less than two years, we successfully grew our product sales and licensing revenue to $3M+ through the implementation of aggressive sales and business development strategies, I sourced and secured high-profile installation projects with international airports, banks, and government institutions. In 2018, I facilitated a merger agreement that coincided with a public listing event with a multi-billion dollar strategic asset fund. At the time of the merger, C-Bond Systems was independently valued at $35M.

Sims Metal Management is a $5B publicly-traded company known for being the largest metal and consumer electronics recycling company in the world.As the VP of Sales & Business Development, I provided executive sales and business development leadership across the US continent. This included providing thought-leadership for all phases of the client relationship lifecycle, including market mapping, lead generation, customer needs analysis, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations. To generate substantial year-over-year growth, I focused heavily on designing and implementing a global solution-oriented, customer-centric sales and business development strategy. Within two years, I grew my book of business from zero to $30M in annual revenue.
