I help employers manage and resolve workplace issues by providing practical and strategic advice. I regularly assist employers with wrongful dismissal claims, employment standards complaints, human rights complaints and labour arbitration grievances. I also conduct neutral workplace investigations.My practice frequently involves preparing employment and separation agreements, as well as drafting and assessing workplace policies.I have appeared before the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Alberta Human Rights Commission, the WCB Appeals Commission and the Alberta Labour Relations Board.
