Perform, manage and support multiple research and development projects in Nondestructive Evaluation (NDE), Boiling Water Reactor Vessel and Internals (BWRVIP), and Technology Innovation (TI). Research focus areas include Acoustic Emissions (AE), Ultrasonics (Phased Array, TOFD, Automated), Eddy Current Array (ECA), Hyperspectral Imaging, and Advanced Data Acquisition and Analysis. Current research projects include Stress Corrosion Crack Online Monitoring, Hyperspectral Imaging for Boric Acid Corrosion and Deposits, Positional Tracking of NDE Sensors using Fiber Optics, and Augmented Reality for Real-time NDE Data Visualization.

Developing new ultrasonicmethods for non-destructive testing of components to support the nuclear power industry. Some of the tasks I perform are ultrasonic beam modeling and simulation, phased array probe design, and automated data acquisition.
