I engaged in F&B 17 years already. From 2001 till to 2003 i was worked at Chinese restaurant, the title from runner to restaurant manager. From 2003 till to now i am working at western restaurant, bar, club, own business; the tile from runner to manager also. As a result of that, i have very good knowledge and experience of F&B job. I’m strong part of the cost control, staff organization, staff training, business district market research and brand positioning, sales&marketing promotion, staff take care & team building. 本人从事餐饮工作已有17年，从基层工作到中层管理再到高层管理，从中式餐饮到简式西餐,酒吧,高级西餐；期间涉及社会餐饮，酒店，连锁快销品牌整体运营。 其中于2001年到2004年两年期间从事中式餐饮，职务从跑菜员做到餐厅经理；而后于2003年年初至今转行做西餐，职务从跑菜员到餐厅营运经理，总经理，快销品牌中国运营总监。基于中西式餐饮行业以及各个岗位的从业经历，所以本人对餐饮行业的各个部门以及不同岗位有充分的认知和理解。从而造就了本人拥有了于餐饮人事管理，成本控制，品质监控，员工培训，市场推广，品牌定位，品牌筹划筹建，整体营运等各方面的丰富经验与能力。
