This internship project was to upgrade district laptops and desktops from Windows 7/8 to Windows 10. We traveled daily to different schools in the district and did the following at each location:-In each classroom, unloading and re-loading Laptop Carts (20-35 laptops per cart). Troubleshoot any that would not turn on and get them plugged into switches so that a Windows install image could get deployed to every machine on the school premises. -For some machines, installing the OS update using USB flash drives. -For any desktop computer labs we would utilize Microsoft Windows Deployment Services to deploy the Operating System Image to all the systems.
