Senior Recruitment Manager
Current- Manage and oversee full recruitment life cycle processes including posting open requisitions to numerous job sites, candidate sourcing, candidate screening, interviewing, negotiating, submitting, and all on-boarding.
- Recruit candidates for external customers including the local DC Government agencies and other federal government contracts awarded nationwide.
- Collaborate with customer and client hiring managers to maximize recruiting efforts by developing and implementing recruiting strategies.
- Lead and train recruiting team in all aspects of recruiting processes.
- Lead new hires through the onboarding process including being main point of contact during new hire's tenure.
- Implement and execute HR policies and procedures (attendance, PTO, time tracking, etc.) which also includes maintaining and updating the employee handbook.
