I am a senior financial services executive who has worked within each of the industry, consulting and regulatory sectors, with particular expertise in the risk management, capital management and actuarial fields. I am a fully qualified actuary with experience across the insurance (general & life), reinsurance and superannuation industries, who has also been exposed to both the banking and investment management industries. My focus as an inclusive leader is enabling people to see and achieve their potential, particularly through periods of complexity, change and uncertainty.
