Handled all aspects of an RV Park and Cabin rental business for an out-of-state owner that rented 61 RV spots, 7 cabins, and 2 vacation homes. Wrote the Air Force final evaluations of mishap causes and recommendations to prevent future mishaps for 2 years. Provided oversight that controlled and eliminated flight safety hazards for 33 aircraft test programs valued at 164.9 billion dollars for 4 years.
