Supporting operations and monitoring of Kiva’s field partners including meeting with senior staff, documenting Kiva processes, conducting trainings on policies and programs, and working with field staff to identify areas of need. Implemented process improvements to target partner inefficiencies. Improved capacity of field partners towards better borrower services and more success on the Kiva platform. Conducted borrower verification's and impact assessment within rural communities in Indonesia, Timor and Cambodia.
