Have moved to the very fast-paced world of Wire Transfer. It is interesting to learn a new "language" as this is an environment that I have no prior experience so I learn something new every day. Sometimes every hour!I work closely with the Wire Transfer LOB Support managers and staff to insure that any modifications and updates are consistent with the Banks goals of availability and accuracy. I am responsible for understanding how this system interfaces with up-stream and down-stream applications and for designing or assisting in the design of those interfaces. One major area of responsibility is to insure that our QA testing is valid and complete for all changes within my application and any upstream/downstream applications in a supporting role.I am the primary Level 1 Wire Transfer application contact for any disaster incident and have responsibility for mitigation and recovery efforts.
