As the Technology Director at Gross Catholic High School, a private co-educational institution in Omaha, Nebraska, I lead the Technology Department in enhancing the learning experience and outcomes for students and teachers through innovative and effective use of technology. I have over 10 years of experience in educational technology and instructional design, and hold a MS in Instructional Technology from University of Nebraska at Kearney.My core competencies include process improvement, offboarding, and communication. I am responsible for managing the technology budget, policies, and infrastructure, as well as overseeing the professional development, training, and support for the staff and faculty. I also coordinate the implementation and evaluation of new technology initiatives, such as the transition to a hybrid learning model and the adoption of a new learning management system. I am passionate about creating a collaborative and supportive environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and engagement. My goal is to empower the learners and educators with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the 21st century.
