Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart is an independent, Catholic, all-girls high school in Omaha. Duchesne is one of 25 Network of Sacred Heart Schools in the United States and Canada. Duchesne Academy is a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence and a U.S. Department of Education Green Ribbon School. In 2022, Niche.com named Duchesne the #1 all-girls high school in Nebraska, the #2 Catholic high school in Nebraska, and the #3 private high school in Nebraska. Duchesne's small class sizes result in more opportunities for students to take on leadership roles, participate in clubs, fine arts activities, and athletics. We are proud that 75 percent of our students participate in at least one sport.
