- Provided airport passengers with ground transportation information about their options such as taxi, limo, rental car, public bus, etc.- Performed routine terminal inspections for cleanliness and order- Compiled reports for management about charter bus activity, off airport rental car shuttle pick ups and drop offs, etc- Conducted daily inspections of MBA taxi vehicles to ensure a pleasant experience for customers - Validate parking for authorized airport employees and customers
