Own the artwork updates for UDI compliance encompassing over 15,000 pieces of artwork. Manage an artwork and data mining team of over 30 contractors.

Was responsible for managing commercial, market and technical readiness management ensuring our initiatives deliver against their approval criteria. Escalate and resolve issues on program timing, resource outages and information gaps to insure that the downstream teams have all information required to fully support implementing these programs with excellence.

R&D Project Manager – Blades and Razors 7/08 – 9/10Managed multi-million dollar Stream I and II R&D initiatives from Discovery (initiation) Phase to Launch Approval (spec approval). Maintained the critical path schedule via MS Project for the project teams , as well as owned the key assumption communication to Sponsors to help clearly advise and detail out our teams project timelines, status and deliverables. Key contributor from R&D on Core Teams, Design Strategy Meetings and Steering Committees. Collaborated with the Product Engineering Program Managers to insure R&D and Manufacturing facilities were in line with timing and project requirements and expectations
