Bruce is a seasoned hospitality leader with over 30 years of experience in the hotel, leisure, and tourism sector. He has a proven track record of maintaining standards, driving revenue, and enhancing guest satisfaction, as well as rebranding and launching new properties. He holds a RIPHH Diploma in Food Hygiene and a Professional Diploma in Hotel Catering and Hospitality Management from Glasgow College of Food Technology.Currently, he is the General Manager of Fairview Hotel Ltd, a Westmont Hospitality Group property in Kenya, where he oversees all aspects of the hotel operations, from rooms division to sales and marketing. He is also the Independent Business Owner of Nathez Consultancy & Hospitality Ltd, a company that provides hospitality consulting and networking services across Africa and the UK. He has hosted prominent guests such as President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, and has established strong relationships with industry leaders and stakeholders.
