Café Build-Out Consultation: • Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure the café layout is optimized for functionality, workflow efficiency, and customer experience. • Provide input on equipment selection and placement, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations. • Advise on the design of the barista station and storage areas for seamless service operations.Coffee Program Development: • Curate and design a comprehensive coffee menu, selecting high-quality coffee beans, roasters, and brewing methods to match the café’s vision and customer base. • Develop signature drinks and seasonal offerings, creating recipes that balance creativity with customer preferences. • Establish detailed operational guidelines for brewing techniques, milk steaming, and drink presentation, ensuring consistency and quality. • Conduct staff training on coffee knowledge, preparation techniques, and customer service best practices.Financial Analysis and Strategy: • Perform cost analysis of the coffee program, including sourcing, pricing, and menu item profitability. • Develop pricing strategies to maximize profit margins while maintaining competitive pricing in the market. • Forecast sales, assess equipment and operational costs, and create financial models to ensure long-term profitability and sustainability. • Assist in budget planning for the initial setup and ongoing operational costs of the café.

- Reviewing all content to ensure cohesive brand identity + maintaining quality - Conceptualizing, organizing, and executing photo shoots for various artists- Develop, Define, and Refine live event experience, flow and operation- Continually update brand identity and build on ethos when needed

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks in accordance with SCCA standards, following recipes and customer specifications. • Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing systems. • Provide friendly, efficient customer service by taking orders, making recommendations, and resolving any customer issues. • Handle cash, card transactions, and manage the point-of-sale system. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including cleaning equipment, counters, and seating areas. • Stock and replenish inventory such as coffee beans, syrups, and other café supplies. • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment. • Assist with other tasks as needed, such as preparing light snacks, sandwiches and pastries.
