I pioneer a medically assisted alcohol recovery programme. For the last 5 years I have experienced success rates of 75% plus. With higher than average success rates, I am currently working with existing clients and developing a financially self sustainable, long-term recovery model and we are currently rolling out an on-line community platform. We were privileged to have been funded for our first 5 years and have created a duplicatable, workable model. As an industry leader in alcohol recovery, we are seeking funding partners and organisations with whom we can work alongside to continue to support those who struggle with alcohol dependency. Clients have included doctors, pharmacists, directors, business owners etc with our online, private 1-2-1 model. Alcohol dependency is a neurological condition and when treated as such is treatable and manageable without having to stop drinking completely.

    I managed a 10 man, 10 staff residential Alcohol and Drug Recovery Centre. I oversee the whole residential unit from resident issues to a large financial budget. Our Centre takes in men between the ages of 18 and 65 who are struggling with addiction issues. I am responsible for 10 staff and oversee all staff training, development, reviews and any issues that may arise. I also oversee our 10 residents.Our current unit and employers have made a decision to pull out of the project due to high funding cost. I have researched other successful Centres in the UK, changed the model and I am now currently looking at continuing the project on myself.
