Responsible for the creative, webcast and interactive teams, I ensured the smooth-running and constant improvement of some of our fastest-growing services. Winning business across new and key accounts through effective pitch planning and execution. Sitting on the Senior Management Team to steer the company, advising the Board and Managing Director on key strategic decisions whilst pioneering people and culture initiatives.

Following a restructure of the company's operational teams, took control of all digital and print production for the organisation. Managed and Delivered the company's livestreaming and linked-up events, bridging speakers and audiences from all over the globe. Key tasks included creative consultancy, project management, production management, venue liaison and video production. Took initiative to begin account management duties, taking on a small number of key government clients.

Provided top level creative expertise for the Group's digital output. Undertook website design and development for a large number of clients, creating custom, functional solutions to achieve their objectives. Managed video production jobs from concept to completion while working in a variety of fields; from informative motion graphics to live streaming of events. Provided training and learning opportunities to keep clients informed about the latest technologies and how to best leverage digital solutions.

Under Senior Designer, created designs for the full spectrum of event requirements.Took the initiative in launching the company’s social media strategy. Pitched ideas successfully for creative event content.

Undertook own research to put together winning tender responses. Crafted highly targeted copy advertising the company’s range of services.
