I worked as a Power Engineer/Process Operator for many years. Twenty years ago, I was tired of shift work, and I switched to training development and delivery and technical writing. About 15 years ago, I got the opportunity to take on a safety leadership role. I have been a Safety Manager, Supervisor, Coordinator, and Advisor, working for various companies as an employee or contractor. I am trying to slow down, and I prefer jobs with diverse safety needs.
