I support the great volunteers who work directly with the 1034 scouts in the counties of Bay, Arenac and Ogemaw. As A District we saw 15% membership growth in 2014 and sold more popcorn than in the three previous years; thus giving more boys an opportunity to be in scouting and giving them a way to earn their own way to events and lower the out of pocket costs.
