Information Technology Manager who has come up in the ranks starting my career in IT with 6 years service in the United States Navy. As a technician, I maintained our ship's combat systems mainframes and display equipment. Entering into the corporate world with my team lead position at Dollar General Corp. on thier technical helpdesk gave me a passion for customer service and support. Moving up in Dollar General, I took a position as a network engineer and was given the responsibility of managing the company's 8000 + node VSAT network and earth station. My current position as IT Infrastructure Manager has given me a well-rounded view of Information Technology as a whole.
