• Build strong relationships with high levels of revenue performance and renewals from my 300+ accounts across eight states and DC. Customer sectors include office towers, hotels, factories, residential, retail, school districts, colleges, and nonprofit orgs.• Guide client executives and staff in demand response revenue programs from electric grid markets (PJM, NYISO) and NY utilities (ConEd and others). Extensive use of SugarCRM, Excel, Power BI, SAP S/4 HANA, and the Tangent AMP energy dashboard - which I also teach customers to use. Was main point of contact to SaaS vendors (RestockPro, ShippingEasy, BQool, FBAScan) for costs, enhancements, and bug fixes.
