Over fifty years of proven international air, space, and cyber capabilities development and international security leadership. Combat operations experience plus continuous working- level and academic education, will remain the cornerstones of my senior leader responsibilities and accountability. As a lifetime member of the Air & Space Forces Association and, over the decades, leadership opportunities across multiple military commands and senior defense industry positions, I will never stop supporting our Nation’s Warfighters in every possible way. During five years as the Air & Space Forces (AFA) President and CEO, with an outstanding team of eighty full-time professionals and an active board of directors, we supported a network of over 112,000 volunteer leaders and members, plus Department of the Air Force, Congressional, and defense industry counterparts, focusing on mutually supportive accountability, responsibility, and strategic advocacy. Together, our Association achieved substantial membership and financial growth. Collaborative initiatives and actions, including Congressional engagements, were instrumental in advancing the Association's mission to support and empower Airmen, Guardians, and their Families. Today, it is also an honor to be a member of the board of the Air Warrior Courage Foundation as well as a trustee on the board of the American Air Museum, Duxford, UK. Over the past twenty years, I was an officer of the AFA Board of Directors, and now emeritus member, and also served for six years on the Air Force Academy (USAFA) Association of Graduates Board of Directors. Further, it was honor to serve for a number of years in an elected position on the AFCEA Board of Directors Intelligence Committee. I am also a member of the USAFA Falcon Foundation. My leadership philosophy and commitment revolve around empowering teams and fostering a culture of excellence. From strategic policy formulation to joint warfighting operations, one can never have enough friends in a big fight. With enduring and heartfelt thanks to family and friends who are family, I will always echo and reinforce shared God, country, and family values. Together we can ensure steadfast support for the Air and Space Power community to preserve international stability and readiness to fight and decisively win America’s wars.
