Key Responsibilities:Delivery:• Successfully delivered a 30-month, platinum-rated upgrade of the Bank’s Core Banking System, including mainframe infrastructure and ePortal server refresh, new virtual tape drives, and upgrading the SPO hardware and software levels. This spanned multiple data centres, required approximately 600 change records, and involved over 130 named colleagues• Managed the refresh of the DWDM links between the Bank’s core data centres to ensure continued supported connectivity and resilience• Introduced validation code and corrective actions to the Unisys ePortal servers to prevent customer service outages• Migrated the legacy Scottish Widows dialler and call recording platforms onto the group strategic telephony platforms, providing a supported environment for 2,500 colleagues• Migrated the legacy Commercial Banking call recordings to the Group strategic telephony platforms to ensure FCA compliance
