Provide tools, processes, guidance & consultation to sanofi infrastructure groups so that the portfolio of projects & activities are planned, managed, tracked, & reported. Provide coordination effort so that the tools & processes are used consistently & correctly.

Lead section that manages & enhances the following portions of the Great Valley PA infrastructure: CTI providing multi-site operational support for production systems; Systems group comprised of systems and database project and support staff; Communications group comprised of data, voice, video conferencing; Desktop group comprised of network operating systems and desktop systems; Electronic Mail; and Customer Services/Call Handling.
