Continued duties at Harvard after it was acquired by Cardinal. Guided efforts for two phases of regulatory requirements (DSCSA) as tech lead and SME. • Led the EDI processes and handled the most complex problems in translation, communication and implementation. • Advised sourcing team and their contract repackagers to ensure compliance with the relevant regulations for DSCSA. • Worked closely with the WMS IT team and the warehouse to be sure that the software changes for the regulatory requirements would meet their needs and that they would understand how to use it. They were able to use the software in plenty of time to meet the requirements. • Oversaw the movement of several servers to AWS and the movement of some key functions to Cardinal corporate servers. This created more efficiencies for Cardinal IT.
