Over the past few years, I have litigated: > Defending securities fraud claims in a trial in Pennsylvania in which the judge ruled that our American clients caused no damage to the plaintiff after cross-examination thoroughly discredited their expert.> Prosecuting breach of contract claim in West Virginal which resulted in a favorable settlement for our Ukrainian client.> Prosecuting RICO claims in West Virginia which resulted in our Ukrainian client taking control of metals plants in Ohio and West Virginia.> Prosecuting RICO claims in Massachusetts which ended when our Ukrainian client assumed control of a metals plant in Ukraine.> Coordinating a fraud suit involving London and many other jurisdictions which resulted in a favorable settlement for our large Russian client. >Obtaining discovery in California to support English litigation and defeating intrusive discovery of our client in Pennsylvania purportedly sought for offshore litigation.In addition to litigating cases, I assist foreign attorneys in obtaining discovery in the United States and provide U.S. legal expert reports. Generally, I am in London, Moscow, and/or Kyiv every month to meet with clients.
