    Moving to Piedmonte in northern Italy to study for Masters in Food Culture, Communications & Marketing has been an extremely valuable experience. The course followed a multidisciplinary approach drawing in a wide range of topics from managing global food systems and marketing artisanal, small scale high quality products to global issues of sustainability, migration and food waste.
