Led a group of programmers and business analysts involved in developing and enhancing the Policy Management System Performed IMS database design and maintenance. Development was in a COBOL, CICS, and IMS environment. Developed the necessary systems integration software required to link applications running on a remote HP3000 and an IBM mainframe.
