As a Spiritual Care Coordinator at ProMedica, I provide emotional and spiritual support to patients, families, and staff in senior living and hospice settings. I have a Chaplain Endorsement from the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship and over 14 years of experience as a chaplain in various health care settings.I have strong skills in crisis intervention, grief counseling, and end-of-life care, as well as a passion for serving diverse and vulnerable populations. I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of health care professionals, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure holistic and compassionate care. I also develop and implement spiritual care plans, conduct assessments, and facilitate bereavement groups and memorial services. My goal is to empower and comfort individuals and communities in their time of need.
