The Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament is the largest non-profit fishing event of its kind in the U.S. Every year, Big Rock gives $400,000+ to deserving organizations and has contributed more than $5.3 million since its inception. In 2018, the Big Rock distributed $458,000 to charitable organizations that support children initiatives and worthy community projects. I worked to support the Big Rock board of directors for 30 year prior to my retirement in 2020.

• Managed 50+ Department of State (DoS) technical, professional, administrative and logistical personnel at IRM, A and RM Bureaus while serving as the corporate liaison to DoS clients and Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs).• Coordinated and directed day-to-day operations for a woman-owned, SBA certified 8(a) firm that provided $8.1 million worth of information technology services annually to DoS clients.• Served as the Facility Security Officer (FSO) to ensure compliance with Defense Security Service (DSS) requirements and labor regulations and maintains clearances on all cleared personnel working for DoS.• Managed corporate operational personnel involved with systems administration, database management, planning and procedures, billing and invoicing, business development, bids and proposals, corporate benefits and human resources related to all DoS support activities.

Researched, evaluated, developed and reviewed minimum operational performance standards (MOPS) for Surveillance Transmit Processing (STP) requirements in Automatic Dependent Surveillance – Broadcast (ADS-B) systems. Authored guidance material for RTCA SC-203 (Unmanned Aircraft Systems) integration subgroup.

Managed engineering team that tested and documented graphical user interface and installation procedures for multiple software product lines. Tracked product defects and development enhancements in multiple software products. Produced test-case documentation, identified, documented and resolved software issues. Tracked distribution of new builds and software hot fixes. Managed a technical documentation team and installed updates to the corporate technical support website.

Served as a GS-13 air traffic controller at the third busiest Level II tower in the nation. Handled departures and arrivals at a multi-use air facility located adjacent to the SFO approach corridor inside the San Francisco Terminal Control Area. Coordinated IFR departures through Bay TRACON and coordinated extensions into NAS Moffett airspace. Monitored traffic in Palo Alto ATCT air space. Monitored weather and issued advisories to aviators. Controlled aircraft traffic on airport taxiways. Trained new personnel on tower, ground and flight control positions. Directed ATCT Combined Federal Campaign.

Combat qualified Reconnaissance Systems Officer (RSO) trained by U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force commands to fly F-4S, F-4N and RF-4B reconnaissance missions from Naval Air Stations, aircraft carriers and other military air bases.
