Started up a franchised IT Services company providing IT services to small businesses. • Planned and implemented complete hardware and software upgrades for small businesses.• Achieved 75% sales growth year over year and signed all customers to long term contracts.

Led the planning, startup and continued operation of a $40 million liquid packaging converting operation. Was the main commercial contact with Tropicana and parent company PepsiCo while also managing the manufacturing line.• Directed the project consisting of researching and purchasing $4 million of new manufacturing equipment, training 45 personnel for a new manufacturing process and developing the needed support systems. The project went from initial concept to startup in 7 months. • Accomplished a 72% increase in through-put while decreasing quality complaints by 53% through effective use of Lean Manufacturing.

Leader of a $30 million folding carton plant with 135 employees producing packaging for food and dry goods producers. Full P&L responsibility. ● Conducted lean manufacturing projects that gained a 24% increase in contribution level while keeping the same customer and product mix. Also increased inventory turns by 200%.● Directed the startup of a satellite finishing operation 500 miles from the plant for a major customer.
