I work together to encourage organisational improvement through people development and transformational change to build high customer engagement and sustainable stakeholder value.As CEO of WorkCover QLD for 7 years we achieved improved customer experience, lowest national disputation, very strong financial strength whilst maintaining the lowest premiums in Australia. My 10+ year tenure as Group CEO of (AUSCOAL Super) saw the business grow from 30 employees to over 200 as the funds under management grew from circa $3b to $10b. Ratings moved from the bottom 35% to the top 15% and the organisation was recognised as a "Top 50 Best Place to Work" for the final 7 consecutive years.In 2010 I was most humbled to be awarded the prestigious "Executive of the Year" Award by the Fund Executive Association Limited.During my career I have led and successfully implemented many mergers and acquisitions.
