As a Senior Customer Engineer (Sr. CE) I work with Microsoft's enterprise customers to help them accomplish more through the effective use, adoption, and management of the Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace technologies. To do this we provide a mixture of tailored proactive services as well as reactive assistance that span the planning, migration and operation of Office 365.

As a Modern Work Architect (MWA) I specialize in helping enterprise customers deploy the Microsoft 365 enterprise suite across different Modern Workplace solution areas including: Secure Remote Work, Security and Compliance and Modern device management.

As a Customer Engineer (CE) I work with Microsoft's enterprise customers to help them accomplish more through the effective use, adoption and management of the Office 365 messaging platform focusing on Exchange. To do this we provide a mixture of tailored proactive services as well as reactive assistance that span the planning, migration and operation of Office 365.
