I collaborate with the Security Customer Success Unit (CSU), DART IR, and business strategy teams to align our proactive offerings with business, Product Group, and customer goals. Additionally, I partner with the offerings program team to develop, release, and manage Proactive Incident Response and Cyber resiliency offerings, overseeing portfolio KPIs and OKRs.
