Brume is an industrious and detail-oriented problem-solver with years of experience leading, building, and transforming teams. He gained a Master of Global Management degree (Finance & Supply Chain Management) from Thunderbird School of Global Management, #1 Master's in Management. Brume obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Grand Canyon University, where he was a student leader and contributed to building community. Shortly after graduating, he was recruited by AZPack (one of the largest and fastest growing beverage co-packers in United States) Here, he led the Quality Assurance efforts working in a microbiology lab conducting testing and overseeing operations. During this time, Brume was responsible for implementing several changes that improved the department's efficiency.After displaying his leadership ability, Brume was promoted to Quality Control Manager where he lead projects to improve product quality, and reduce rework and downtime. He built a team and focused on continuous improvement in the department which played an integral role in the retention of brands like Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Monster etc.On the side, Brume has volunteered at hospitals in patient logistics trying to improve the patient experience. He enjoys playing soccer and in his spare time, he coaches a kids soccer team (9-12) in the community helping lead the kids by example.
