This collaboration resulted in my first internship in Public Policy Management at DataPolicy.During this period, I also worked as a call center operator at the American bank BB Americas Bank. This experience allowed me to enhance my communication skills in English and Spanish, as well as develop competencies in customer service, empathy, problem-solving, and more. At DataPolicy, I gained expertise in regulatory risk management and the monitoring of legislative and executive processes.Today, I work as a Junior Public Policy Analyst in DataPolicy's Backoffice team, providing support to clients. I work to enable them, with the assistance of technology, to monitor legislative and executive developments in Brazil. With the collaboration of the Backoffice team, our clients can comprehend the entire landscape that impacts them, aiding in making informed decisions. My journey reflects my dedication to the field of public policy and my ability to integrate this knowledge with the demands of the professional world.
