I am a learning designer and digital capacity development specialist with experience in project management, international development cooperation and educational consultancy. I am also the founder of SentiPensar, a platform that develops e-learning courses in Portuguese for the public and social sectors.As a learning designer, I have worked with social sector professionals and organisations in Portuguese-speaking African countries to democratise access to professional education and strengthen the sector's capacity to create social and environmental impact.I have been involved in projects in countries such as Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, São Tomé and Príncipe, Portugal and Brazil in the areas of oral health, mental health, access to water, employability and inclusion of people with disabilities.Hard Skills: Learning Management System programs (Learndash, Moodle, Sakai), authoring tools (Genially, Articulate 360), Animaker, H5P, content development and ADDIE method.Soft Skills: intercultural communication, empathy, leadership, goal oriented, self-motivated, willingness to learn, negotiation skills, cross-cultural competence having lived and worked in different countries, such as Brazil, Australia, Hungary and Portugal.Main Achievements:- Social Entrepreneurship Prize;- Development of the SentiPensar e-learning platform (sentipensar.pt), which has received registrations from more than 2000 professionals working in the social and public sectors in Portuguese-speaking African countries.You can find out my work at: https://linktr.ee/brunalobo
