Immigration Paralegal
Current• Facilitate the successful preparation and filing of multiple cases monthly, including I-129 petitions, R1 visas, I-360, I-485, I-131, and I-765 applications. Ensure thoroughness and compliance with immigration regulations, resulting in a high success rate of case approvals.• Collaborate with 4 attorneys in rotation mode to manage client cases and files efficiently, ensuring seamless coordination and timely resolution of client matters.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data, including immigration information, in LawLogix. This facilitates easy access and retrieval of information for case management and reporting purposes, improving client service and streamlined workflows.• Assist in the preparation of petitions, applications, sponsor letters, and other documentation, compiling exhibits and supporting evidence in a timely manner for attorney review, resulting in expedited case filings and reduced turnaround times.• Ensure proper organization and filing of client documents post-case preparation, adhering to attorney instructions.• Manage the timely delivery of completed casework to clients and filed cases with USCIS and U.S. Consulates per attorney instructions.• Review client information in LawLogix upon retention of new cases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records. • Perform all administrative duties related to attorney caseloads and case preparation, ensuring smooth operations and enabling attorneys to focus on client representation.• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information, adhering to privacy regulations and safeguarding client trust and confidentiality.• Handle office duties including processing mail (USCIS Notices) and finalized packets, ensuring timely handling and processing of critical documents to meet deadlines and client expectations.
