I am Bruno Barnes a property student and frame & truss detailer, who is looking to make a difference in the NZ property market.I am a hardworking young man who has been working in the construction/property industry since 2015. I have achieved my Mitek 101, 201, and 301 industry qualifications for frame and truss detailing, and have subsequently also earned my COC (certificate of competence). Furthermore, I then followed this up with an apprenticeship through BCITO which I completed in 2018. I am currently self-employed working in the same industry while simultaneously juggling university. In the future, I seek to find a job on the development side of the Property industry or potential also in capital markets. I am self-motivated and thoroughly obsessed with the different aspects of property and how they can affect and benefit the lives of our community.My hobbies include football, ultimate frisbee, the outdoors, and spending quality time with friends and family.
